Highland Park shooter sentenced to life in prison without parole

Salvi, Schostok & Pritchard attorney Lance D. Northcutt represents the surviving toddler of parents Kevin and Irina McCarthy, who were both killed in the Highland Park Fourth of July shooting. Following the sentencing, Mr. Northcutt issued a statement and provided details on the next steps in the civil suit.

Cook County jury awards $10.5 million to husband of kindergarten teacher struck, killed by dump truck

While stopped at an intersection riding her bicycle to work, the Plaintiff was struck and killed by a speeding dump truck.
