Winnebago County jury awards $52 million verdict to family of man killed in fiery collision, injured son

The $52 million jury verdict was won on behalf of the family of an 88-year-old man who was killed in a multi-vehicle crash in Stockton, Illinois, that also left his adult son seriously injured. The award is a record for Winnebago County verdicts reported to the Jury Verdict Reporter.
